Leadership & mental fitness
For eight years, I worked with C-suite and senior leaders in high-pressure industries, running a multimillion-dollar B2B training portfolio. I saw the responsibility, the pace and the thoughts that follow you home.
My own experience of panic attacks led me to explore the relationship between the body, the mind and how we perform. I went on to train as a Certified Breathwork and Trauma-Informed Facilitator and bring these practices into my work with CEOs and founders of six- to nine-figure businesses.
That is the thinking behind 2nd Intelligence: making space for both your ambition and your experience of being alive. I help people win and live.

Pressure can keep you in fight or flight, making clear thinking harder. Guided breathing helps you regulate stress and release tension, giving you space to recover your focus and respond with more clarity and control.
Notice unhelpful thought patterns and practice reframing them. Use techniques of elite athletes, such as mental priming and mental rehearsal, to prime your brain to win.
You can train your body and mind, but if you don’t take action, nothing changes. Make the next step easy and repeat it daily. Our starting point: 10 minutes of practice, followed by action on what matters.
